I love performers, and the mystery around who they really are. They are fey, like the fairy folk of myths and legends, and seem to exist on the edges of reality, and between worlds. I collect sources from vintage photographs online, and combine these with other images I have collected of birds etc. In this work I painted on top of an older piece, and let that show through in her robe
