Cast a Line
The idea of this piece came to me a few days after David Lynch passed away. I was revisiting some interviews and talks he did and he constantly called to the concept of fishing for ideas. The sentiment and the image I found very lovely and so I played around with this a few different ways until it came to this form of a lone fisher waiting patiently for his next catch. I was also experimenting with ink droppers and very much liked the unpredictability it brought to the page.
