Slaphouse Burn, Rozelle is drawn in charcoal on board. The piece is inspired by the little beach area at Slaphouse where the burn skirts the woodland in Rozelle Estate, South Ayrshire. It is drawn loosely, capturing the deep shadows of the banking and the rocks and boulders that frame the water’s edge.
