'Bonded' portrays a tender moment between two giraffes. My objective was to evoke a sense of intimacy and serenity as giraffes are very social animals and live in the same herds for most of their lives, forming very close bonds to those within their group. They are fiercely loyal and protective, and it is this loving, familial bond to their herd that brings them great contentment.
