Jenny Morris (Mother and Child Series)
Jenny Morris, the daughter of the Arts and Crafts designer William and Jane Morris. This portrait which has been hand painted and fired many times is a reminder that although art and craft is still carried on today, the manufacture of stained glass windows as of 2023 has now entered the UK red list of critically endangered crafts. The inspiration comes from a beautiful portrait by Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
