Glasgow Liminal Lands
Glasgow Liminal Lands
This series traces a walk from the heart of Glasgow to Govan, a journey through layers of identity, abandonment, and quiet resilience.
From the shuttered Virgin Hotel to graffiti-strewn underpasses, the city seems caught between memory and reinvention. As the landscape shifts, bridges begin to appear, both literal and symbolic, reaching toward something new.
These images capture Glasgow not as a fixed place but as one in transition. Govan, once industrial and thriving, now holds space for the overlooked: weeds, burned-out sofas, and stray encounters. Still, there is movement. And in that, the promise of reconnection.
