I took this picture of the Kingfisher after 6 hours of sitting on the riverbank. Walking along the river in the mornig I heard the destinctive chip chip it makes as it flyes, so I found myself a good spot with the lone branch and just hoped. Finaly I was rewarded withthis stunning shot taken on my Lumix S5ii and a 600mm Sigma lens.
