Oh And One More Thing
From my series titled: 'Between The Lines'

Neurodiversity runs in my family. Whether rooted in genetics or experience, I’ve found myself reflecting on how certain neurodivergent traits shape my own perception of the world. Have you ever thought about how our unique brains perceive art? Its kind of fun to chat about different perspectives with visitors to the studio. I am very much a visual thinker and move through the world visually, very comfortable in abstract spaces, and often feeling through situations rather than analyzing. Its hard to explain to anyone outside my brain -- words, numbers and even sounds become translated into images; color, lines and movement.
While growing up, navigating social interactions had sometimes felt confusing, leading me to mask aspects of my personal expression and underlying social anxiety. Interpreting and connecting with the world is an ever-evolving journey, rich with the intricacies of nuances and perception.
This series is an exploration of how we each uniquely respond and experience art and spaces, while celebrating the diverse perspectives that shape our shared reality.
