‘Hen, you’re a stoater’ (Girl, you look fabulous)
A beautiful bouquet of flowers from my daughter alongside my love of fashion and textiles set the ball rolling for the creation of this artwork. Incorporating the graphic distortion of the human form with the decorative elements of pattern and texture, whilst juxtaposing space, solid shape and panels of detail give the composition visual impact. This drawing will be mounted within a 60 by 90cm frame.
