Statement
My name is Ben Traves and I'm a self taught artist and musician from Glasgow
I would describe my drawings and paintings as mathematical or op art.
All my pieces are done entirely by hand using only a ruler and compasses, pencils, fine liners and acrylic markers.
Although I've always enjoyed drawing in this style it wasn't until I discovered Bridget Riley a couple of years ago I was inspired to take my art more seriously and try to persue it as far as I can.
